It is very easy to place an order. After your search for part number, simply add the chosen items to your shopping cart while browsing our store. You can increase or decrease the quantities required for each item. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".

Follow the instructions by providing us with complete name and a valid delivery information. Select your preferred payment method the for goods and complete the purchase - we will ship your package within 1 or 2 business days if the items are in stock.
Unless mentioned or agreed otherwise, any goods for orders placed online on, will be shipped via Express shipment or Parcel service.

For customers with a B2B trading account, placing export and wholesale orders, other shipments methods and conditions might be arranged, such: air-freight, truck-load or sea-freight. Please contact your account manager for more details
Yes, we shall endeavour to ship to any valid address worldwide, provided there are reliable transport options to your destination. We have regular shipments and customers in USA, Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand, South Korea, South Africa, among other countries.
If the product is available in stock, your order will be processed and shipped normally between 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Unless mentioned otherwise, we offer express shipment for all online orders.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

• Deliveries to USA normally takes between 48-72hrs to all major cities, via express shipment.
• Deliveries to Germany and Netherlands takes 24hr.
• Deliveries to the rest of European Union countries takes between 2-3 business days via parcel service.
• For larger orders we might offer other cost-efficient delivery methods such truck-load, air-freight and sea-freight.
Orders over 100 €/GBP/$ will have free shipping. Orders under 100 €/GBP/$ will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept all major credit cards, such VISA and MASTERCARD, as well as PayPal, Shopify Payments and Google Pay.

We also accept offline payments via direct bank and wire transfer in USD, GBP and EUR.
Cash on Delivery is NOT available.

Payment by credit card is perfectly secure ; your order will be recorded and confirmed upon acceptance of payment by the credit card company.

Payment is through the secure bank server of our partner (Paypal). This implies that no banking information from you is transmitted trough the site BearingBay. You can pay with credit card, using PayPal without having a PayPal account.

Private and Secure
The details of your credit card is encrypted by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly through Paypal or Banking partner secure website. BearingBay has no access to these details, and do not keep them on its servers. That is why they will be requested again for each purchase transaction on our site.
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

• If you are a resident or business in the Netherlands you would require to pay VAT also known as BTW.
• If you are a resident of any other member state of the European Union you would be required to pay VAT on goods and any freight charges unless you are a business with valid EU VAT registration.
• Any international order and purchases from outside the European Union are exempt of VAT.

When ordering products on BearingBay to be delivered outside European Union, you may be subjected to duties and taxes on imports, which are collected when the package reaches its destination. Unless mentioned otherwise, International orders will be supplied on a DDU (Delivered, Duty Unpaid) basis, the customer will be responsible for any applicable duty in the country of destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be at your expense; we have no control over these charges.

Custom policies vary widely from country to country, so contact your local customs department for additional information. Also, please note that when you place a BearingBay order, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products. Protecting your privacy is important to us and we draw attention to our international customers on the fact that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:
The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA. The customs value is made up of: the price paid for the goods, the insurance cost, the shipping cost.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy: • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original undamaged packaging box, accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please use the contact form found on the page (Contact us) and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. BearingBay will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods.

Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Your order should be on the way. We use reliable parcel services such DHL, FedEx, TNT with express delivery and tracking code for all online orders.
Please refer to the courier's website to track your order. If you cannot locate/track your parcel, please contact us by replying to the Order Confirmation email you received or using the chat tool, specifying your order number / invoice number / customer name.

Remember to check your spam folder in case you have not received an Order Confirmation email.
Please send any request for changes or cancellations before you receive the order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot make any changes to your order.
BearingBay is located in a central business district in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). We also have commercial teams in Hannover (Germany), and Madrid and Barcelona (Spain).
Depending on the requested quantities and stock available, products are shipped from our warehouses and/or partner distributors located in Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and the UK.
If you re buying a replacement parts, make sure to order the item that corresponds to the manufacturer part number.
You can find the manufacturer part number marked on the bearing you have dismounted. If you have doubts, you can measure its dimensions (inner diameter, outer diameter, and width diameter in millimetres) and compare these against the technical details shown on the product description.
