    NSK have updated there N1H series of linear motion products and introduced the NH series. Redesigned to keep up with the market and demands on today’s linear motion technology the new series offer a number of benefits

    Features and Benefits
    1.3 times the dynamic load rating of existing range (LS and LH)
    New groove design doubles life expectancy (increasing the contact area between the ball and rail slide and ball slide, dispersing the load and reducing surface pressure).
    The improved life expectancy of the new range significantly increases maintenance intervals and productivity.
    NSK have kept the installation dimensions identical to that of the LH and LS range making the new NS and NH ranges fully compatible with existing components.
    Redesigned ball recirculation path improves suitability for high speed applications and reduces noise by up to 3dB.
    Typical applications include machine tools, robotics, semiconductor and automotive production lines, CT scanners, measuring instruments, automation and train platform doors.
    Available with NSK’s K1 lubrication System

    NSK K1 lubrication utilises a unique blend of 70% mineral oil and 30% polyolefin resin to provide long term maintenance free service.
