We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy: If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original undamaged packaging box, accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please use the contact form found on the page (Contact us) and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. BearingBay will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods.
Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Unless mentioned or agreed otherwise, any goods for orders placed online on Bearingbay.com, will be shipped via Express shipment or Parcel service.
Orders over 100 €/GBP/$ will have free shipping. Orders under 100 €/GBP/$ will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country of destination. The full price will be displayed at checkout.
When ordering products on BearingBay to be delivered outside the European Union, you may be subjected to duties and taxes on imports, which are collected when the package reaches its destination. Unless mentioned otherwise, International orders will be supplied on a DDU (Delivered, Duty Unpaid) basis, the customer will be responsible for any applicable duty in the country of destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be at your expense; we have no control over these charges.
